100 m solar panels

Nobody can decide over the color of the power in their sockets. Black and green power is always mixed in grids. But A.C. Perch's Thehandel is feeding renwable power from 100 m solar panels into the grid via The 0-Mission.

22 tonnes of CO2e

Via production of power in solar pak Vandel III A.C. Perch's Thehandel avoids approximately 22 tonnes of CO2e , which roughly corresponds to 43 Return flights from Copenhagen to Madrid

To limit climate change all companies must empower the green transition. Via The 0-Mission A.C. Perch's Thehandel contributes to a business case for 100% privately financed power based on solar energy.

Biodiversity

Between the panels bees, insects and flowers are thriving. Since no pesticides or manure is used, ground water underneath the park is protected. The park is managed to optimize biodiversity.

A.C. Perchs Thehandel is a traditional Danish business that has existed since 1835. Many know them for their high-quality tea and the cozy atmosphere in their tea salons across the country – but the company’s impact goes beyond that. A.C. Perchs Thehandel is run with a focus on sustainability and responsibility. In addition to being a member of the Ethical Tea Partnership, A.C. Perchs Thehandel is now expanding its efforts by contributing to the development of more renewable energy through a subscription with The 0-Mission. The subscription covers A.C. Perchs’ electricity consumption in Denmark.
